The position will be contracted for a period of three years.

The Communications Lead will develop, coordinate and oversee the administration of a cohesive organizational communications strategy in accordance with the organization’s mission, vision and objectives.

Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or an advanced degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or a relevant field.

The Communications Lead must also have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Proven experience creating content for target audiences is a plus.

The Global Press Journal invites applications for the role of a collaborative photo editor.

The successful candidate will work with Global Press Journal’s team of reporters around the world. The photo editor will review and edit photos and captions.

Applicants must have at least five years experience in newsroom photo editing as well as writing expertise in grammar, syntax and AP Style.

Global Press Journal will offer the photo editor $24,000 USD for a six-month contract.

The photo editor must have advanced proficiency in photograph editing software, specifically Lightroom and Photo Mechanic.
